Vilka vi är

HireLab AB was founded by Edward Agyemang Osei and Samuel Donkor. Two professionals with strong experience in recruitment, international workforce coordination, and the Swedish traineeship system. Through direct experience working with both employers and international candidates, we identified a clear gap: employers struggled to find reliable workers, while candidates faced a complex and unclear process. HireLab was created to bridge this gap by delivering structured, transparent, and efficient workforce solutions — connecting motivated talent with businesses that need them, in a way that works in practice.

Edward brings hands-on experience in international recruitment and workforce coordination, with a strong focus on connecting talent from Africa to opportunities in Europe. Having personally completed a structured traineeship in Sweden, he has a deep and practical understanding of the system from both the employer’s and candidate’s perspective. This insight enables him to design efficient, compliant, and results-driven workforce solutions that address real hiring challenges and deliver long-term value to businesses.

Samuel specializes in employer relations and candidate coordination, ensuring that workforce solutions are aligned with the practical needs of businesses. He brings a strong understanding of both employer expectations and the challenges international candidates face when entering the Swedish labour market. His structured approach supports smooth communication, efficient coordination, and successful long-term placements for both employers and candidates.
